These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and 777xp5 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the 777xp5 website located at https://777xp5.cam and all associated services, gaming products, promotions and content made available through the platform.

By creating an account, accessing the platform or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gambling Policy and any specific game or promotion rules published on the platform from time to time.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the platform and close your account by contacting our support team.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the 777xp5 website, all associated subdomains, mobile-optimised interfaces and any gaming services accessible at https://777xp5.cam.
• "Account" means the registered user profile created by a User upon completion of the registration process.
• "Balance" means the real-money funds held in a User's Account, excluding any bonus funds unless otherwise specified.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet credits or bonus amounts credited to an Account under a promotional scheme, subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means any real-money stake placed by a User on a sports market, casino game, live dealer table or any other gaming product available on the Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process required by the Platform's compliance obligations.
• "Wagering Requirement" or "Rollover" means the number of times a bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount) must be wagered before associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the primary currency denomination referenced on the Platform for Pakistani users.
• "Restricted Jurisdiction" means any country or territory in which accessing or using the Platform, or online gambling generally, is prohibited or restricted by applicable law.

To register and maintain an Account on 777xp5, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction, whichever is greater. We do not knowingly permit underage users to access gaming services. Age verification may be required at any point.
• You must be acting on your own behalf as an individual and not on behalf of a third party.

4.1 Registration Process

To access real-money gaming services on 777xp5, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, complete and current personal information. You agree to maintain the accuracy of this information and to update it promptly in the event of any change.

4.2 One Account Per User

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active Account on 777xp5. The creation of duplicate or multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, device identities or IP addresses — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 777xp5 reserves the right to close all associated Accounts and forfeit any Balances or Bonus Funds held therein upon detection of duplicate account activity.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity that occurs on your Account while logged in with your credentials is your sole responsibility, whether or not you authorised that activity. You must notify 777xp5 support immediately if you believe your Account has been accessed without authorisation.

4.4 Account Verification (KYC)

777xp5 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance programme. We may request, at any time and without prior notice, documentary verification of your identity, age, address and payment method ownership. Documents that may be requested include, but are not limited to: a valid national identity card or passport, a recent utility bill or bank statement, and supporting payment method documentation. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may be restricted from withdrawals.

4.5 Account Currency

Pakistani Rupee (PKR) is the primary currency denomination available for account balances on 777xp5. All deposit amounts, wagering amounts and withdrawal amounts will be processed and displayed in the account currency selected at registration. Currency conversion rates, where applicable, are determined by the Platform at the time of transaction.

5.1 Supported Deposit Methods

The available deposit methods on 777xp5 are displayed in the live cashier at the time of your transaction. Payment method availability is subject to change without prior notice due to provider policies, jurisdictional requirements or technical factors. 5.2 Minimum & Maximum Deposits

5.3 Processing Timeframes

Deposit processing times depend on the payment method used. While many methods credit accounts promptly, 777xp5 does not guarantee specific processing timeframes and is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment providers, banking systems or network issues.

5.4 Third-Party Payments

You may only deposit funds using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — including deposits made from an account belonging to another person — are strictly prohibited. Any funds deposited from an unverified or third-party source may be voided and returned, with any associated winnings forfeited.

5.5 Deposit Responsibility

You are responsible for all deposits made to your Account. If you believe a deposit has been made in error, you must contact support immediately. 777xp5 accepts no liability for deposits made to incorrect accounts due to user error.

6.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

To be eligible to withdraw funds from your Account, you must have completed KYC verification to the satisfaction of 777xp5's compliance team, and your Account must be in good standing with no outstanding compliance or AML concerns.

6.2 Withdrawal Methods

Withdrawals are processed using the same payment method used for the original deposit, where technically possible. 777xp5 reserves the right to process withdrawals via alternative methods at its discretion for compliance or operational reasons.

6.3 Withdrawal Limits

Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are set per payment method and are displayed in the cashier. Player tier or VIP status may affect applicable withdrawal limits. 777xp5 reserves the right to process large withdrawals in multiple instalments.

6.4 Processing Timeframes

Withdrawal requests are subject to internal security review. Approved withdrawals are then processed within the timeframe indicated in the cashier for the selected payment method. 777xp5 does not guarantee specific processing times and accepts no liability for delays attributable to third-party payment processors.

6.5 Withdrawal of Bonus Funds

Bonus Funds and any winnings generated from Bonus Funds are not withdrawable until all applicable wagering requirements have been met in full. Attempting to withdraw Bonus Funds prior to completing wagering requirements will result in the forfeiture of those funds.

7.1 General Bonus Conditions

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers and other promotional incentives offered by 777xp5 are subject to these Terms and the specific conditions published for each individual promotion. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a promotion-specific condition, the promotion-specific condition shall prevail.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement, which must be fulfilled before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., a PKR 1,000 bonus with a 30× requirement requires PKR 30,000 in qualifying wagers). The applicable requirement is specified in each promotion's terms.

7.3 Game Contribution

Not all games contribute equally towards meeting wagering requirements. The contribution percentage by game type is set out in each promotion's specific terms. Generally, slot games may contribute at a higher rate than table games or live dealer. Playing excluded games while a bonus is active may void the bonus entirely.

7.4 Bonus Expiry

Bonuses that are not claimed or activated within the specified claim window, and wagering requirements that are not completed within the specified expiry period, will result in automatic forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings. Expiry timeframes are stated in individual promotion terms.

7.5 Maximum Bet Rule

While a bonus is active on your Account, maximum stake limits per bet apply as specified in the promotion terms. Placing bets exceeding the stated maximum stake while a bonus is active constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and all winnings generated during the bonus period.

7.6 Bonus Abuse

777xp5 operates a zero-tolerance policy towards bonus abuse. Strategies designed to exploit bonus terms — including but not limited to low-risk hedging, matched betting using bonus funds, and coordinated multi-account activity — will result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus-related balances. 777xp5 reserves the right to void any bets or winnings that are determined to have been placed in contravention of bonus terms.

7.7 One Bonus Per Household

Welcome bonuses and first-deposit promotions are limited to one per household, IP address, device, email address and payment method. Attempts to claim introductory bonuses multiple times are treated as duplicate account activity and handled accordingly.

8.1 Acceptance of Bets

777xp5 reserves the right to refuse, limit or void any wager at its sole discretion. Bets are not accepted or confirmed until a confirmation reference number is issued by the Platform. In the event of a technical fault during bet placement, 777xp5 will endeavour to reconstruct the intended wager from available records; in cases where this is not possible, the stake will be returned to the player's Balance.

8.2 Errors & Obvious Mistakes

In the event that a market is offered, odds are displayed or a bonus is issued due to a manifest error — including typographical errors, mispriced odds, software malfunctions or data feed failures — 777xp5 reserves the right to void affected wagers and adjust balances accordingly. Deliberate exploitation of obvious errors is treated as prohibited conduct under Clause 10.

8.3 Match Results & Settlement

All sporting events are settled based on the official result published by the relevant governing body (such as the Pakistan Cricket Board for domestic cricket, or ICC for international matches) or the data provider designated by 777xp5 for that event. In the event of a result discrepancy, 777xp5's internal records shall be treated as authoritative pending formal reconciliation.

8.4 Disconnection Policy

777xp5 is not liable for losses incurred as a result of internet disconnection, network instability or device failure during a gaming session. If a game round cannot be completed due to a disconnection, the Platform will attempt to settle the round based on the last recorded game state. Players are advised to use a stable internet connection when wagering.

777xp5 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We provide the following tools to help users maintain control over their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps via the Account settings dashboard.
• Loss Limits: Users may set a maximum tolerable loss threshold for a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Users may configure session duration reminders that alert them after a set period of play.
• Self-Exclusion: Users who wish to restrict or suspend their Account for a defined period or permanently may request self-exclusion through the Account settings or by contacting support.
• Reality Checks: Pop-up notifications informing users of their session duration and cumulative wager amounts during a session.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 777xp5 and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of all balances:

• Registering more than one Account or assisting others in doing so.
• Providing false, misleading or inaccurate information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated systems, bots, scripts or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus terms.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or criminal activity through the Platform.
• Depositing funds that have been obtained through unlawful means.
• Deliberately exploiting technical errors, software bugs or obvious pricing mistakes.
• Accessing the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited.
• Using another person's payment method or Account without authorisation.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening or offensive conduct towards 777xp5 staff or other users.

All content on the 777xp5 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, data compilations, software and design elements — is the exclusive intellectual property of 777xp5 or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, reverse-engineer, decompile or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written consent from 777xp5. Unauthorised use of Platform content constitutes copyright infringement and will be pursued accordingly.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 777xp5, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill or other intangible losses.
• Damages resulting from unauthorised access to your Account due to your failure to maintain credential security.
• Interruptions to service caused by factors outside 777xp5's reasonable control, including but not limited to network outages, governmental actions, natural disasters or third-party service failures.
• The content, accuracy or legality of third-party websites linked to or from the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, gross negligence or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law. Your use of the Platform is entirely at your own risk.

13.1 Closure by User

You may close your Account at any time by contacting 777xp5 support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money Balance that has cleared all applicable conditions will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to standard processing procedures.

13.2 Closure or Suspension by 777xp5

777xp5 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the event of: breach of these Terms; suspected fraud or prohibited conduct; KYC non-compliance; regulatory obligation; or any situation in which continued operation of the Account poses a compliance risk.

13.3 Effect of Termination

Upon Account closure, your licence to use the Platform is immediately revoked. Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from Bonus Funds that have not satisfied applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure, regardless of the reason for closure.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 777xp5 is incorporated and holds its applicable gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between you and 777xp5.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days of written notice, the matter shall be referred to the dispute resolution mechanism provided under 777xp5's applicable gaming licence. Pakistani users acknowledge that dispute resolution may take place outside Pakistan and that the courts of the Platform's licensing jurisdiction may have exclusive jurisdiction.

777xp5 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, 777xp5 will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice via email to registered users, through a prominent notice on the Platform or both. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision.

Your continued use of the 777xp5 Platform following the publication or notification of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and close your Account.
